📖 About the Book Co-authored by Dr. Trish Singh, PhD, LPCC and Kelly McGinty, CNP, MSN, Mycelopause is not your typical menopause guide. It’s a rebellious, witty, and deeply insightful journey into the intersection of psychedelics, perimenopause, and personal transformation. Combining science, storytelling, and satirical humor, we explore how psilocybin and other holistic tools can provide health support during menopause, helping to reframe this phase from a crisis to a rite of passage in women's health. 💡 Menopause isn’t the end—it’s a portal. Let’s walk through it together. GET YOUR COPY, NOW CLICK HERE!

Kelly is a Colorado Native who transplanted to the Pacific Northwest in her youth. Her proclivity for natural science, biology, and social justice led her into the nursing field, where she spent over a decade working as an emergency department nurse practitioner. Kelly received her Master’s in Nursing from Gonzaga University and has been accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 2012. The tumultuous times of the pandemic and America’s subsequent mental health crisis prompted her to explore holistic alternatives for burnout, depression, and anxiety, particularly in the realm of women's health, including support for those experiencing menopause. It was through these sacred plants that she had a restoration of happiness, energy, and trust. Her love for nature and desire to help others overcome mental health injuries led her to study psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy through the California Institute of Integral Studies Center for Psychedelic Research and Therapy. Her goal is to use sacred entheogens to help heal wounded healers, first responders, end-of-life patients, and those suffering from treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. Kelly enjoys combining her love of natural science, Reiki, and herbology with the theologies of her ancient Druid ancestors to assist her clients in manifesting total wellness of mind, body, and spirit, providing essential health support along the way.
